Refund policy

At TREKKO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as Final Sale.
• Gift cards.
• Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
